2. Use of the Tool

NutriLabel Pro is provided "as is" as an educational and operational utility. While we strictly code our rounding algorithms to match FDA 21 CFR 101.9 statutes, the final compliance of a printed label is solely the responsibility of the user.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

NutriLabel Pro, its creators (including but not limited to anni sun), and developers shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, FDA fines, product recalls, or any other damages that may arise from using labels generated by this tool.

4. USDA Data Accuracy

Our nutritional database is powered by the USDA FoodData Central. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of data provided by this third-party service. You are encouraged to verify critical nutritional information with laboratory analysis if required by law.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool implies acceptance of the updated terms.
